This simple circuit provides a turn-off delay for a 230VAC light or a fan, such as a bathroom fan set to run for a short period after the switch has been tuned off. The circuit consumes no stand by power when load is off. Kit supplied with PCB, case and electronic components. Overall timing period is set by capacitor C1. Supplied with 100nF for a delay of 1, 5, 10 or 20 minutes set by one of 4 links.
