Overview

HDMI extender over single coaxial cable with IR control is an ideal method to transmit HDMI signal over long distances. This device is an alternative to expensive HDMI amplified cables and allows you to use your existing coaxial cables/sockets already wired in your home or office. The kit comprises of a transmitter, receiver and two power supplies. The HDMI source, whether it is set-top box, DVD player, or gaming console, connects to the transmitter box with a HDMI cable and the receiver box to the HDTV display. It supports digital video formats in Deep Colour Mode at up to 36 bits (12bits/colour) and 48kHz LPCM Digital audio. It also equalises and recovers incoming TMDS data before re-transmitting it in high quality, regardless of the incoming signal quality. Supplied with 2 x mains adaptors.
